Garlic ( Allium sativum ) is one of the oldest cultivated plants. It has been used as a spice, food, and folk medicine for many years. contains about 2000 biologically active components. For centuries, scientists have obtained variety compositions physiological activities garlic, depending on methods processing extraction. Many review articles were published, where object study was garlic. But there are very few broad literature reviews garlic fully disclosed medicinal raw material. The found that some products procedures not standardized or tested safety. A overview this can direct attention scientific community in right direction. This various yields from these extracts. In addition, most key properties substances materials prescribed.
